Appreciation

I would like to thank the people who have personally helped me develop this team and keep the softball running smoothly in our area. It has been a blast getting to know the people in this area through a great avenue like softball.

Ronnie Love-Just being able to pick his brain has been detrimental to me and getting The Dirty Birds off the ground.

McKays Taphouse-For sponsoring The Dirty Birds during the 2012 season.

Gregor Hanson-Running the Richland summer league and being a very easy person to communicate with and just talk softball with. A very knowledgeable softball mind.

Karen Coulson-Running the Kennewick men's fall league and the Kennewick co-ed summer league.

Brad Anderson-I don't think I can describe how much fun the Total Energy Management Cancer Bash is. The cause is noble, the competition is great and the weekend is full of the best softball people you could hope for. The Dirty Birds look forward to playing in that tourney again next year.

Dom Duncan and Kip Revis-Thanks for putting on tournaments that keep this area's softball going in a positive direction. Kip puts on a 24 hour tournament that The Dirty Birds had a blast playing in this year, we beat our first "C" team in that tourney. Dom has a Mashers bat tourney that we were unable to play in this year but it's a great concept. The Dirty Birds look forward to entering in more of the excellent tournaments that these two host next year.

Stacey Stanhope-For filling in the few times you did and dominating the way you can. Being a "girl" fully capable of not only playing but competing in the men's league division. You've proved that.

The Dirty Birds-Obviously. You are the ones on the field that have built these teams into what they are and what they will be in the future. Thank you guys and gals.

Alternates-Any player who has come and filled in for The Dirty Birds when we have really needed another player for whatever reason. That is something I really appreciate personally. It's difficult to come in cold and play to the standards we expect.
